'Truth and Lies' plays with visual metaphors of conformity juxtaposed with visual ideas of manipulations of the truth, through using incongruent visuals which present themselves as fake or true in their appearance. Moreover, with the inclusion of the chevron motif the huts appear to be sitting within three-dimensional space, whilst echoing the shape of the huts the chevrons act out upon the conventional format that is the standard box format by cutting through its roof and breaking the ground of its floor.
