'The House of Healing' considers that feeling of wanting to run away from all of society, it placed an impression of Phillip K Smith's III Lucid Stead installation at the centre of a landscape captured inside a self-imposed bubble, perhaps a bubble with a fortress of chevrons perhaps offering protection from the outside world. This piece also took influence from David Lynch's latest Twin Peaks series where a chevron floor feature inside the Black Lodge as well as other visuals found in Lynchian landscapes.
