The Transformative Power of Art in the Modern Home

The Emotional Anchor of the Home

In the architectural landscape of Ascot and Sunningdale, a house becomes a home the moment the first piece of art is hung. Beyond mere decoration, fine art serves as the "emotional anchor" of a room. At Creed Gallery, we believe that a carefully curated collection does more than fill a void—it elevates the psychological environment, fostering a sense of tranquillity, inspiration, and personal identity.

The Psychology of the Home Environment

Research in neuro aesthetics suggests that viewing art triggers the same "feel-good" dopamine release as falling in love. In a luxury residence, an original John Waterhouse landscape can lower cortisol levels through its "sepia realism," while the high-octane energy of a Paul Normansell dot portrait can energize a social space like a home cinema or bar.

Creed Gallery x Highveld: A New Standard in Luxury

As we prepare for our exclusive launch at Highveld, we are showcasing how art integrates into the fabric of a new-build masterpiece. Highveld represents the pinnacle of modern Ascot living, and our curation for this project focuses on:

Scale & Drama: Utilizing large-format sculptures by Jennine Parker to define grand foyers.

Light & Texture: Choosing works that respond to the expansive glazing and architectural lighting of the property.

Rhythm of Life II, a limited edition bronze figurative sculpture by Creed gallery artist Jennine Parker, showing a dancer in motion.

An Exclusive Invitation: Brokers Open at Highveld

To experience this synergy first-hand, Creed Gallery is delighted to invite you to an exclusive Brokers Open at Highveld—an exceptional new luxury development in the heart of Ascot.

Join us for an afternoon of refined living at this exclusive collection of just six beautifully appointed apartments, set along one of Ascot’s most prestigious, tree-lined residential roads. As part of this special showcase, guests will have the opportunity to view a curated selection of Creed Gallery artworks thoughtfully displayed within the apartments, offering inspiration for elegant, turnkey living.

Maserati will also be joining us, and we have a few carefully curated surprises planned for the afternoon. Enjoy champagne in a relaxed and sophisticated setting while discovering the craftsmanship, design, and lifestyle offering that make Highveld truly distinctive.

Partnering with Interior Designers

Art should never be an afterthought. We work closely with Interior Designers across Surrey and Berkshire from the initial mood-board stage. Our bespoke consultancy service, showcased throughout the Highveld project, includes:

Site-Specific Curation: Selecting pieces that complement fabric swatches, stone finishes, and joinery.

Digital Superimposition: We can digitally place a Paul Normansell or Ian H Watkins original into your client's 3D renders.

On-Site Trials: We offer "White Glove" delivery to projects in Sunningdale, Wentworth, and Camberley, allowing designers to see the art in situ before final commitment.

Original mixed media painting "Golden Horizon II" by Ian H Watkins (2024), featuring a radiant landscape with gold leaf and acrylic, Creed Gallery Ascot.

From Concept to Collection

Whether it is a minimalist penthouse or a traditional country estate, our goal is to bridge the gap between architectural shell and inhabited sanctuary. Whether you are searching for your next home or simply wish to experience Highveld’s elevated lifestyle offering, art is the final layer of the interior design process—the one that guests remember most.
