Creed Gallery in Ascot, Berkshire, offers limited edition prints by Doug Hyde, the British artist known for rounded, warm figures and animals in family scenes. He was named Best Selling Published Artist at the Fine Art Trade Guild Awards in 2005. Our current print is Doggie Paddle (£715), and Together Time has sold. Our team can advise on edition, framing and documentation for collectors across Berkshire, Surrey and London.
About Doug Hyde
In 2002 Doug Hyde was painting pictures for family and friends in his spare time. In 2005 he won Best Selling Published Artist at the Fine Art Trade Guild Awards, and dealer biographies say a BBC national news report that year called him the most popular living artist in the UK. He has been the subject of five books, and he has painted and sculpted the same subjects for two decades: family, friends and the small moments of everyday life, with optimism as a theme.
The Work: Warm, Rounded and Familiar
His figures and animals are stylised and rounded, in soft, friendly colour. He paints and sculpts family life, and the prints translate that into accessible editions, often framed in his signature white frame.
Our Doug Hyde Prints
Doggie Paddle (£715) shows colourful cartoon dogs enjoying a swimming pool, and is a framed limited edition print. Together Time has sold, so register your interest for future arrivals.
