Intertwined II explores the formal and emotional possibilities of two forms in relationship — figures whose physical entanglement becomes a statement about connection, dependency, and the way that love creates shapes that neither party could achieve alone. Parker's bronze technique gives this subject the material weight it deserves: the intertwined figures cast in a metal that is simultaneously warm and permanent, that patinates with time into something richer and more complex.

This is the second iteration of the Intertwined composition — a work that has been refined and developed from the first version to produce something more fully resolved.
