Pablo Picasso (1881–1973) — Deux Modèles Debout

Pablo Picasso (1881–1973) is the defining artist of the modern era — co-founder of Cubism with Georges Braque, and among the most prolific and continuously inventive figures in Western art history, working across painting, drawing, sculpture, ceramics and printmaking for seven decades. Creed Gallery holds a rotating selection of Picasso works on paper and editions on the secondary market, each offered with a Certificate of Authenticity and supporting provenance.

"Deux Modèles Debout" captures Picasso mid-process — a front-facing nude built from the geometric scaffolding of circles and diagonals he used to construct the figure, alongside a looser, quickly worked profile study beside it. Studies like this run throughout his mid-1950s output, as he worked and reworked the standing female nude from every angle.

Available through Creed Gallery, Ascot, for collectors across Berkshire, Surrey, and London.
