Pablo Picasso (1881–1973) — Tête de Femme

Pablo Picasso (1881–1973) is the defining artist of the modern era — co-founder of Cubism with Georges Braque, and among the most prolific and continuously inventive figures in Western art history, working across painting, drawing, sculpture, ceramics and printmaking for seven decades. Creed Gallery holds a rotating selection of Picasso works on paper and editions on the secondary market, each offered with a Certificate of Authenticity and supporting provenance.

"Tête de Femme" isolates Picasso's subject to the head alone — a bold, confident contour drawn over softer graphite modelling, built from the wide-set eyes and long straight nose that recur across his portraits of the women in his life through the 1940s.

Available through Creed Gallery, Ascot, for collectors across Berkshire, Surrey, and London.
