Pippa Smith — Audley Original Mini Tiles: Figs

Pippa Smith is a London-based painter with an MA in History of Art from the University of Edinburgh and a background in art dealing, whose painting flourished during the 2020 lockdown. Her still lifes use bold, playful colour and focus on food and the kitchen table, designed to evoke the Mediterranean.

Figs pairs a halved fig, its flesh glowing orange and red, with a whole purple fig on a blue and white tile decorated with floral motifs. This is a signed original.
