John Waterhouse (b. 1967) is one of Britain's most accomplished and widely collected landscape painters — an award-winning oil painter whose work ranges from mountains shrouded in mist to the specific quality of light on a flooded field at dusk, the common thread being a sustained and deeply personal engagement with the beauty he finds in people, places, and the natural world.
